Lindsay Dix

Lindsay was born and raised in Fairfield, CT. She attended Parsons, the New School for Design in New York City, where she graduated with a degree in Apparel Design. Lindsay began her professional career as a Bra Launch and Innovation designer for Victoria’s Secret. She then transitioned into Women’s Activewear design for various household brands, most recently with Champion. While at Champion, she has worked on various design roles which has included the Licensing and Collaboration team.

Lindsay first became interested in Real Estate after she and her husband, Nathan, purchased a 100-year-old three family property in Hudson County, NJ. After fully renovating and flipping the home, at a 25% profit within two years, she decided to begin transitioning her career into real estate and home design. Her aspiration is to help buyers see potential in properties which will become their dream homes.

This experience and insight, along with her combined passion for all aspects of design, has allowed her to create a unique vision for creating and a developed sense of teamwork.  Knowing how to bring a project to a successful conclusion is something that she continues to do when working with her buyer clients as she walks them through all the steps in achieving a successful transaction, no matter whether they are first time homebuyers, investors or buyers looking for that one of a kind property.

Lindsay is currently working on a complete restoration and renovation of a side-by-side townhouse style duplex in Norwalk. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband Nathan and cooking new foods for her one-year-old daughter Lily.
